Roberto Argüello / Senior Vice President

Mr. Argüello is responsible for the business strategy of ContactUno. He has over 25 year of business career in product marketing, consulting and media relations. He has worked for Northern Trust as Vice President of Hispanic Affairs and CRA Officer for the State of Florida . He also was the President for Satuple, a media company aimed at the US Hispanic market. Mr. Argüello is recognized by the U.S. media and International media; members of the Congress and the Senate of the United States, Presidents and former of Latin America and the Caribbean as one of the top Hispanic leaders in the United States for his involvement in a number of Hispanic causes.
Mr. Argüello graduated from Governor Dummer Academy in Byfield , Massachusetts and The University of Notre Dame (Bachelor in Economics). He holds a Master in Business Administration, with concentration in Finance, also from the University of Notre Dame.

Andrew Martin / VP IT and Operation Development

Mr. Martin was the Head, Applications & Technology Group at THL, a leading B2B e-Commerce services company. Mr. Martin has managed Enterprise Applications Practice at a large Software company in the U.S. His earlier consulting engagements include projects for large Public sector banks in the U.S as well as several MNC operating in Latin America . Mr. Martin earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Accounting and Economics major from Bombay University . Mr. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a concentration in Network Communication from the University of Kansas .  

Patrick Muller / VP Operations

Mr. Muller manages Contact Uno's operations in Miami and supervises all off-shore operations in Latin America as well as in India . Mr. Muller has been working in the contact center industry for more than 15 years. Mr. Muller was part of Terra-Lycos business and corporate development team. He received a Bachelor degree in International Business from Chicago University .

Carlos I. Aizpurua / Business Development Consultant

Mr . Aizpurua has over 8 years of experience in the Consulting, Financial Services and Information Technology industries. Mr. Aizpurua has worked in media companies for the US Hispanic market, and he has been responsible for the business development Senior Consultant for KPMG CONSULTING in Panama , specifically for the Financial Services Practice for the Latin American Region. He conducted several assignments, such as: IT assessments, IT strategy developments, software/vendor selections, process reengineering, Enterprise Resource Planning implementations, and "net readiness" and e-business portfolio analysis. He also worked for CITIBANK and CHIQUITA BRANDS in Central America . He received a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Internacional de las Americas , Costa Rica . He holds a Master of Science in Management (Concentration in Management Information Systems) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy , New York , U.S.A. , and a Master of Business Administration from INCAE, in Managua , Nicaragua .
